Mindlink are a secure chat software platform that specialise in enterprise. They provide security and advanced integration for businesses. The main focus was on managing the Google AdWords campaign for MindLink; it was rewritten and the focus was to move to lead generating terms that related to the product and service available.
We analysed the user journey, competitors and landscape in order to determine the right strategy for the project.
We decided on the main things to target and came up with live chats, downloadable whitepapers and demo requests. Additional tests were also suggested after finding that the audience scope opened up to new user types and locations. The team here at Agency51 continued to implement weekly optimisation throughout the campaigns.
Even though we used the same budget as previously allocated, there was a 40% increase in leads. Furthermore, the conversion rate from lead to sale doubled within the first quarter, and we were delighted to discover that new possibilities had opened up in America, Europe and Asia.
