The Challenge


PayStream provide a range of payroll and accountancy services for recruitment agencies and contractors and is managed by a team of accountancy and legal experts. With much of the marketing completed in-house, PayStream called upon our expertise to help increase leads from their current marketing activity.

The Solution


Problem solving wasn’t the only principle of the project; we also provided educational guidance so that day to day running could continue within PayStream. A Google Analytics consultation was carried out in which the team here at Agency51 reviewed the full user journey of the PayStream user profile; we found both downfalls and successes.

The Activity


After providing recommendations regarding changes to the website, messaging and tone, we implemented a CRO Testing project in which we tested the messaging and layout of the home page. The tests included the movement of a number of prominent features, the removal of a sliding banner and sign posting for the two different user types of umbrella and limited company.

We also reviewed the user journey activity to gain a better insight into the PayStream website.

The Results


The results that we received provided insights and user behaviours that were unexpected; we provided the PayStream team with recommendations on how to set up and analyse the user activity going forwards.
