Humberts Estate Agents recently had a remodelling of their internal infrastructure which included the closure of a large number of shop fronts and moving to off street hubs. This involved existing areas being grouped into areas supported by new Estate Agent Hubs. During the restructure Humberts wanted to ensure that all their locations remained showing above organic search listings.
We created location based PPC campaigns with radius targeting covering 10 miles around the areas where there used to be shop fronts. This ensured a good position, so that people within these areas were still shown information about Humberts when searching for local estate agents. This also acted as a backup to organic search while work was being undertaken within the website when SEO listings may have been struggling.
We also updated their Google My Business locations to ensure that people were aware of their new locations.

Traffic has remained stable during the restructure and lead generation continues to grow.
We continue to create effective campaigns across multiple channels and improve with ads being displayed across social channels and both Google and Bing. The focus being on ‘selling your home’ in key locations.
Although it is a difficult message to promote during unstable economic times and the increase in competition through online portals, the Agency51 team has produced a successful strategy in promoting Humberts to house sellers. We have utilised a wide range of channels, at different decision making points, to support the quality service Humberts provide.
The partnership between Agency51 and Humberts continues to grow as additional services have been commissioned with lead generation being the focus.
